by Bandai. This collection features four figures and two extras. In this set are Tifa, Barret, Cloud and Aeris along with a Frog and a Chocobo.As with my other figures, this was purchased second hand from Ebay at a good price, i have seen it selling for more than double what i paid.
Unfortunately the packaging got a lot more battered than i expected in the post (the listing picture looked almost new) but the figures inside are mint.
These figures aren't nearly as well made as the
figures, the arms fall out quite easily when posing them, they are slotted into the figure and can be removed at any time, this is the same for their heads. However they do feel quite sturdy and probably wouldn't break. These figures are around 5" tall give or take and come with a small selection of weapons, some of which i'm not sure even belong with this set (the machine gun). Cloud's buster sword and a Staff for Aeris are included but these are both soft and can be easily bent out of shape.
The main attraction of this set for me were Barret Wallace and the Chocobo, this is because to my knowledge there has not been any other figure of Barret other than this one made by Bandai, he is sold separately but i think better value is in getting him with the set.
The packaging isn't bad but i wouldn't say it was very good either, it has images on the back, showing each of the different characters and on the front it's fairly standard too, the cardboard is also very flimsy (which is very apparent in the pictures).
If you can get this set at a decent price i would recommend it just so you can have a figure of Barret Wallace, which is otherwise impossible to find (as far as i know)
